SH-101

A synth you could wear.

It came in grey, red or blue, it could run on batteries, and with the optional grip and strap you could wear it like a guitar. The SH-101 was meant to be a friendly first synth.

Its single oscillator has a sub-oscillator and a noise mixer, and it produces tight, punchy basses that sit well in a mix. It's a common reason producers still say 'mono is enough'.
